| In Henry County, Virginia, 19 November 1818, Daniel Worsham and Lyddy, his wife, late Liddy Hardeman of Rockingham County, North Carolina, sold to Constant Hardeman of Rutherford County, Tennessee, 1/7 part of 1950 acres, (278.57 acres), for $400, land located where John Marr lived and died on Smith River reaching to the branches of Cascade Creek.62 Constant Hardeman was Liddy Worsham’s nephew. Constant was a son of Liddy’s eldest brother, Thomas Hardeman.
