+13. iii. John Hardeman, born 13 February 1776, Pittsylvania County, Virginia, died 7 September 1829,108 New Orleans, Louisiana,109 married first, June 1805, probably in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Lucretia Nash, married second, 25 March 1823, Howard County, Missouri, to Nancy Knox.

Constantine “Constant” Hardeman, born 3 January 1778, Guilford County, North Carolina, died 27 August 1850, Rutherford County, Tennessee,110 married first, 31 July 1799, Henry County, Virginia, to Sarah J. “Sally” Marr,111 married second, 12 December 1824, Williamson County, Tennessee, to Mary Little.112
+15. v. Eleazar Hardeman, born 1 December 1779, Washington County, North Carolina (now Tennessee), died 26 June 1841, Williamson County, Tennessee,113 married 20 August 1800, Davidson County, Tennessee, to Elizabeth Foster.114

He was a native of Tennessee and emigrated to Missouri about 12 years ago. He was the son of Capt. Thomas Hardeman, one of the earliest settlers of Tennessee who also emigrated to Missouri and now lives in the vicinity of Jefferson City. He was twice married and has left a widow and children. About a year ago he went on a commercial visit to Mexico.
