Home	424. ii. William Hardeman Defrance, born in 1861, Carroll Parish, Louisiana, died in 1931. He was a civil engineer in St. Louis, in 1880. William Defrance was superintendent of the Kansas City Southern Railway Company in Beaumont, Texas, in 1907.
