505. v. Alta M. Hardeman, born December 1890, Whatcom County, Washington, died 1969, married Gordon R. McElmon, born 1885, died 1968. Gordon and Alta are buried in Greenacres Memorial Park, Ferndale, Whatcom County. They lived in Whatcom County, in 1920.1767

Strange, age 46, born Texas, was killed near Portland, Oregon. She was hit by a train. She married in 1899 to S. A. Strange. Survivors: husband, two stepsons, Mr. & Mrs. J. B. Hardeman of Blaine; and three sisters: Mrs. L. Harvey McRae of Kendall; Mrs. Herb Everist of Everett; and Mrs. Gordon McElmon of Blaine.
