He married first, 17 December 1805, Greene County, Georgia, Nancy Parker,202 born circa 1786, died 1852, Chambers County. Benjamin married second, circa 1853, Chambers County, Alabama, to Sarah R. ——,203 born circa 1815–1820, died after 1870, Heard County, Georgia.204

| | Nancy Parker was the daughter of Daniel Parker, born circa 1756, died 14 August 1844, aged 88, Upson County, Georgia, and Lucy Ann White,205 born circa 1766, died 14 November 1845, aged 79, Upson County.206 Daniel and Lucy Parker are buried 5.2 miles north of Thomaston, Georgia, on State Highway 36 North, on the left side of the road.

The will named wife, Lucy, and children, Mary Hudman, Nancy Meadows, Faytha Dark, Stephen Parker, Daniel Parker, Phileman Parker, Sherwood Parker, Lucy Parker, Thomas Parker, and Susannah Meadows.207
