| page 94 28 Nov. 1820, William Johnston of Morgan Co., to Lancelot Johnston, for $1250, tract on Sugar Creek waters in Putnam Co. & Morgan Co. on dividing line between the afsd. counties, 126 5/8 acres, is part of Lot 263 in 4th Dist. of originally Baldwin now Morgan Co., is that part of lot adj. lot now occupied by Newsome & in an oblong square the long line of which is dividing line between lot & Newson’s land & the other long line to run parallel with same at a distance from line sufficient to make above quantity of land, in fee simple. /s/ William Johnston.
