Baldwin of Oglethorpe Co., Ga., to Lancelot Johnston of Morgan Co., Ga., for $333 1/3, all his right, title, claim, & interest in 1/2 of two town lots in Madison, Morgan Co. formerly owned by Mitchel & Cox & conveyed by them to John Billups & Co. One of the lots corners on the public square. Property fell to the estate of John Billups, decd. at the close of the firm of John Billups & Co. & became my interest in right of my wife, quit claim. /s/ William W. Baldwin.
