| pages 152-153 Morgan Co., Ga.: Articles of Agreement between Mary Barnett & George Irving, both of afsd. co. Marriage is about to be had between George Irving & Mary Barnet. Mary Barnet is possessed in her own right to lands, tenements, & perishable property. It is agreed that George Irving in the event of marriage shall settle & secure all lands & tenements which Mary Barnett may be possessed of & all personal estate to the use & benefit of Mary Barnett & her heirs forever. If George Irving dies before Mary she is to have a home & decent support during her natural life & no longer, but no other property of George if he dies first intestate, [blank day] Nov. 1817. /s/ George Irving, Mary Barnett.
