Green, both of Morgan Co., Ga., for $608, tract on Sugar Creek waters in Putnam & Morgan Cos. on dividing line between the counties, 76 acres, part of Lot 273 in 4th Dist. of originally Baldwin Co., is that part of lot that joins lot occupied by Himas Kirkpatrick & lying in an oblong square, the land line is dividing line between lot & Kirkpatrick’s land & the other long line to run parallel with same at a distance from line sufficient to make above quantity of land, in fee simple. /s/ Thos.
