Greene, both of Morgan Co., Ga., for $1000, on Sugar Creek waters in Putnam & Morgan Cos. on the dividing line between the counties, 126 5/8 acres, is part of Lot 273 in 4th Dist. of originally Baldwin Co., is that part of lot that joins lot now occupied by Newsom & in an oblong square the long line of which is the dividing line between lot & Newsom’s land & the other land line to run parallel with same at a distance from line sufficient to make above quantity of land, in fee simple. /s/ Lancelot Johnston.
