Sparks against Ephraim Irving lately levied & returned to me by constable on property of Ephraim Irving. Reuben Mann, sheriff of said co., 4 Sept. 1821, exposed to public sale in Morgan Co. & Levin Irving was the highest bidder, for $305. 5 Sept. 1821, sold to Levin Irving an undivided 17th part of the estate of George Irving, decd. consisting of 18 negroes, 196 acres, fraction Lot 58, & 52 1/2 acres, fracton Lot 59, both in 5th Dist. of originally Baldwin now Morgan Co. It is the undivided part of the estate of George Irving, decd. belonging to Ephraim Irving as one of the heirs & distributees of decd., in fee simple. /s/ Reuben Mann, sheriff. Wit: J. C.
