Sparks, sheriff of afsd. co., seized property of Robert Pearman. 4 June 1822, exposed to public sale in Morgan Co. & James Northington was the highest bidder, for $1150, for 1/2 acre in the town of Madison, part of Lot 7, & lot not known where Robert Pearman’s stables formerly stood, in fee simple. /s/ Martin P.
