Wellborn, Junior, warden, representatives of Madison Lodge No. 18 of afsd. co., to Burton B. Hill, high priest, John Wingfield, king, & Levi T. Wellborn, scribe representatives of Madison Chapter No. 10 & their successors in office, of same place, for $10, an equal fee simple interest of the property on N.W. cor. of the public square in the town of Madison, Morgan Co., is part of Lot 16, 26 feet in front & 200 feet in depth, with the Masonic Hall & all appurtenances, the property with the lodge. /s/ John Wingfield, W.M., Augustus Alden, S.W., William R.
