Earley of Green Co., Ga., for $3537, lot in afsd. co., adj. the town of Madison, formerly owned & possessed by John Wester & by him conveyed to George Pullin, 85 acres, adj. by a line beg. at Battle, Travis, & Wilborn’s cor., along Travis’s line to his cor., around cor. along his line 25 feet until it intersects a line of a row of lots laid out by Wester on main road leading to Monticello, along row of lots to Lot 5, known in a plan of lots laid out by Wester to stake, across row of lots to stake at main road, from first stake 300 feet, along road 145 feet to stake opposite Anderson’s house, across range of lots to stake 300 feet entirely including Lot 5, from last stake along line of range of lots parallel to main road to Saffold’s line, along Saffold’s line to cor. of land of McAfee’s estate, along McAfee’s line to McCartan, along McCartan’s line, Shields, & Wellborn’s lines to beg., in fee simple. /s/ Geo.
