C., merchant, for $250, the undivided moiety or half part of tract of 202 1/2 acres on Sandy Creek waters in Morgan Co., Ga., formerly Baldwin Co., Lot 268, 20th Dist., drawn by & granted to Neal Furgerson, 19 April 1808, & conveyed by the sheriff of Morgan Co. to John Bethuine by deed, 7 June 1808, & conveyed by John Bethuine & Cherry, his wife, by deed 7 Sept. 1808 to Charles Banks & William Lee (as tenants in common & not as tenants in joint). Charles Banks & William Lee were formerly merchants of Charleston, S.
