Sparks, sheriff of afsd. co., seized property of Benjamin Strange. 2 Sept. 1823, exposed to public sale in Morgan Co. & David Duke was the highest bidder, for $43.25, for tract in Morgan Co., but Baldwin when surveyed, on Sandy Creek waters where Doctr.
