It is 1/3 part of tract of Elisha Tally, decd., on Indian Creek in Morgan Co., 32 1/4 acres, adj. lands of Thomas Swift, Wilson Lumpkin, & Jesse Mosely. The dower of Elizabeth Tally (now Elizabeth Phillips) during the natural lifetime of Elizabeth until expiration of the natural lifetime of Elizabeth Tally now Elizabeth Phillips & no longer.
