| page 201 Bond: Morgan Co., Ga.: John Martin, William W. Martin, & John G. Towns are bound to William F. Walker for $3000 for faithful payment jointly, 24 July 1823. Condition: John Martin, William W. Martin, & John G. Towns are legatees to the estate of William Walker, late of said co., decd. Also, Judith Walker, widow of William Walker, decd., is now by virtue of her right of dower to the real estate of William Walker, decd. in possession of 250 acres in 20th Dist. of originally Baldwin now Morgan Co., Lot 199. If at the death of Judith Walker, warrantee titles are made to their respective interest in tract as legatees to William F. Walker, then this to be void, else to remain in full force. /s/ Jno.
