Wright of afsd. co., my lawful attorney to act for me in my absence, to sell or lease a tract I own, part of Lot 71 on Little River waters in Morgan Co. & make titles to same or if not sold to receive rents. Also, a fraction in Walton Co., Lot 18 in 2nd Dist. & a lot in Early Co., 14th Dist., Lot 104.
