Land offered to the highest bidder, Thurs. 12th instant, 50 acres with a Grist Mill. Sold agreeable to the last will & Testament of Henry Mosely, decd. Elijah Jones was the highest bidder, for $800, for 50 acres, part of Lot 178 in 15th Dist. of Baldwin when surveyed but now Morgan Co., beg. at Peter Jackson’s cor., S. 45 W. to Kirkpatrick’s line, straight line to cor., straight line to head of branch, down branch to cor., straight line through Mill Pond to Mrs. Bailey’s line on small branch to beg.
