Porter of Morgan Co. & for $1, to Francis & John W., tract in 4th Dist. of originally Baldwin now Morgan Co., Lot 250, 202 1/2 acres. Also, 36 3/10 acres, part of adj. tract side to side to include the old school house & spring, beg. cor. on road, down road 8 ch., N. 45 E. 45 ch. 38 links to cor. of Lot 250, total is 238 8/10 acres. In trust for the support & maintenance of my daughter Sarah & lawful heirs of her body born & to be born. Cyrus also sells to Francis & John W. negroes: Malinda & her child Betsy about 7 months old, & boys Henry & Jesse. Cyrus hoping that the time may arrive when a different arrangement may be made better calculated to insure the happiness & maintenance of my daughter Sarah Barrow, reserve to myself the right to annul the provisions of this instrument & reserve control of property. If I don’t revoke it & Barrow should die leaving no lawful heirs of her body, then the trust shall be null & void & property both real & personal to revert to me should I be in life & if not then to go to my heirs to be equally distributed to them as a residuary part of my estate, 20 July 1824. /s/ Cyrus Billingslea.
