Walton for 1/3 part of lands named before these presents, to John M. Davenport all our right, title, interest, & demand to lot in Morgan Co. on little Sugar Creek, known as Terrell’s place, including the part of Mrs. Clay’s lot that is attached to Terrel’s place, the meets & bounds appear by the will of record in this county.
