And, a negro man, Lawson, 24 years old, a boy, Patrick, about 18 years old, a woman, Suckey, 30 years old, a woman, Eliza, 24 years old, Violet, 16 years old, a boy Washington, 10 years old, a girl Harriet, 8 years old, a boy Green, 4 years old, a girl Minerva, 3 years old, a four wheel wagon, kitchen furniture, bed, furniture, & bedstead. And, 70 acres in afsd. co., adj. Boon, McCarton, & others where Fannin now resides. Sarah is entitled to a distributive undivided share of above property in her own right according to the statutes & is entitled to the distributive share of Benjamin P. Norris to the estate of Thomas Norris, decd. It is her intention to convey the whole of her interest as above.
