Cotton, trustees & their successors, all of afsd. co., for advancement of religion & instruction of youth, give all right & title I have in one square acre in 5th Dist. of originally Baldwin now Morgan Co., part of Lot 205, around Comfort Meeting House in the center of the acre, for use of the Methodist Church now at place with open doors for all ministers of other professions in reputable standing as ministers of the Gospel in their respective churches.
