Rebeccah O Neal made application for Writ of Admeasurement of dower to assign off her third part of lands belonging to estate of James O Neal, decd. Ordererd Writ be issued. Jeremiah Sparks, Hiram Russau, & Berry Bostick are required to lay off & assign 1/3 part of lands of estate of James O Neal, decd. The share Rebeccah O Neal is entitled as dower & return Writ to next term of Superior Court, 20 Oct. 1825. /s/ John W. Porter, clk. Plat: Original Baldwin, Lot 182, 20th Dist., Hard Labor waters.
