| page 148 Trust Instrument: Morgan Co., Ga.: Cyrus Billingslea, for love & affection, to my daughter Sarah Barrow formerly Sarah Billingslea. For the confidence I repose in Francis Billingslea, Senr. of Wilkes Co. & John W. Porter of Morgan Co., a negro girl named Kitty, in trust for the support & maintenance of my daughter Sarah & lawful heirs of her body. I reserve to myself the right to annul this instrument. If I don’t revoke it & Sarah Barrow should die leaving no heirs of her body, then the trust shall be void.
