Cook was the highest bidder, for $1195, for tract in Morgan Co., Baldwin when surveyed, part of land in 20th Dist. & other part in 5th Dist. where Edward Butler & Abraham Estes live, adj. lands of Nisbet, Johnston, & others, 200 acres, in fee simple. /s/ Martin P.
