He is interested as tenant in common with Phoeba Park, widow & relict of James Park, Senior of Greene Co., decd., James Park, Junior, decd., Joseph Park, decd., the representatives of Dudley Peoples, decd. in right of his wife Matilda who has since his death married Remembrance Chamberlain formerly Matilda Park, William J. Russell, exor. in right of his wife executrix of Burkett Davenport which executrix formerly Sophia Park has since the death of her first husband Burkett Davenport married William J. Russell, Thomas J. Park, John L. Park, Wallace H. Park, William L. Wilson in right of his wife Phebe W. Park, Madison Park, Columbus Park, Rebeccah Park, Mary Park, & Effiah Park in about 600 acres: Lot 307 in 4th Dist. of originally Baldwin now Morgan Co., granted to Sally Tompkins, 1/2 of Lot 308, granted to Walter Thedford, fraction Lot 338, 196 acres, fraction Lot 339, 52 acres, & part of fraction Lot 306, all 4th Dist. Wiley Swinney in right of his wife Harriet petitions for a Writ to lay off & assign to each distributee one share. Legal notice has been given. Thomas Kennon, Charles Furlow, Reueben Tranum, John C. Wood, Francis Foster, Edward Gatlin, Grief Cheaves, Ewing Morrow, Clement R. Zachary, Tollison Finney, Sterling Finnie, & Abner Zachary, or a majority of them with the sheriff, to divide & partition land among the distributees of James Park, Senr., decd. named above & return Writ to next term of court, 31 March 1826. /s/ John W. Lot 8 drawn by James Park, 42 1/4 acres valued at $253.50 to receive from Lot 3 $2.78, from Lot 4 $1.40 which makes his share $257.68. Lot 7 drawn by Effiah Park, 42 1/4 acres valued at $253.50, to receive from Lot 3 $4.18 which is her share $257.68.
