| | Sarah Payne & Thomas Payne her husband have applied to court for a Writ of Partition for assigning to Sarah & Thomas Payne, formerly Sarah Campbell & who is now the wife of Thomas Payne, the portion of real estate of the late Robert C. Campbell, decd. They are entitled to a child’s part in Morgan Co. Legal notice has been given. Majority of above to divide tract in said co., 202 1/2 acres, Lot 136 in 5th Dist. Divide into 2 equal shares. Tenants in common in tract are the applicant Thomas Payne in right of his wife Sarah Payne, formerly Sarah Campbell (widow of Robert C. Campbell, decd.) and John W. C. Campbell, a minor, who were the only heirs & legatees to the estate of decd., 24 April 1826. /s/ John W. Porter, clk.
