Porter, both of afsd. co., for $200, all my right, title, interest, claim, & demand I may be entitled to at the death of Judith Walker my mother who is the widow of William Walker of said co., decd. in Lot 179 in 20th Dist. of originally Baldwin now Morgan Co. on Hard Labor Creek waters, adj. Burnell Russell, Evans, Williams, & others. It is 250 acres which was assigned to Judith Walker as her dower of the real estate of William Walker, decd. It is 1/6 share of same, in fee simple. /s/ W.
