Security: tract in Morgan Co., but Baldwin when surveyed & granted, 20th Dist., part of Lot 313 on Beaverdam Creek waters, adj. lands of David Love, Jeremiah Bougus, & other part of Lot 313 now owned by Adkinson, is 65 acres where said William Collier now lives. Also, a pide cow & calf, 13 hogs, & 2 feather beds, bedsteads, & furniture, in fee simple. If Collier pays Sparks $190.25 with interest, this to be void. /s/ William (x) Collier.
