Penick, the highest bidder, for $500, at public sale in Madison on Tues., 5 Feb. 1828. Sold tract on Sugar Creek waters, part of Lot 189 in 4th Dist. of originally Baldwin now Morgan Co., 152 1/2 acres, adj. lands of Robertson, Moody, & others, is place where Gray Mabry, decd. formerly lived, in fee simple. /s/ James Watson, admr. de bonis non of Gray Mabry, decd.
