Thomas C. exchanges land where he now lives, is part of tract where his father & mother formerly resided in said co., with John Braddy for his lot in Troup Co., Lot 8 in 4th Dist. in afsd. co. & for $100. $50 to be paid 25 Dec. 1829 & $50 on 25 Dec. 1830.
