Colbert, William Randle, Daniel Coleman, Pleasant Watts, James Watson, Joseph Evans, & James Evans, Esquires. A majority of you are to enter the real estate of Milus C. Nisbet, decd. on Indian Creek in said co. & execute this Writ.
Eight days notice has been given the parties in interest. You are to make an equal partition & division of the real estate between Littleton T. P. Harwell in right of his wife Martha, formerly Martha Nisbet, & E. A. Nisbet, guardian of Milus Nisbet, infant son of Milus C. Nisbet, decd., heirs & distributees of Milus C., decd. & make return within three months of this Writ. Wit: Owen H. Kenan, Judge of said court, 26 March 1828. /s/ John W. Porter, clerk.
