Blance a mortgage on 3 tracts: (1) in Baldwin Co., 20th Dist., Lot 151, 202 1/2 acres, (2) in Monroe Co., 2nd Dist., Lot 182, 202 1/2 acres, (3) in Gyarnett Co. [Gwinnett], 5th Dist., Lot 166, 550 acres, as collatteral security to protect & secure title to 2 tracts in Effingham Co. from the claims of creditors of the late John Abbot, Junior. The property of Eliza G. Abbot by decision of Superior Court of Chatham Co. has been declared not subject to debts of John Abbot, Jr. & executions issued. Joseph G. Blance releases & discharges the three tracts from liability on account of mortgage. The mortgage is fully satisfied & no longer in force, at Savannah, 2 July 1828. /s/ Jos. G. Blance.
