Greene of Newton Co., Ga., to Lancelott Johnston of Morgan Co., Ga., for $50, quit claim all the estate, right, title, & claim to tract in Morgan Co. on S. side of Jacks Creek known as the Mill tract where is a grist & saw mill & formerly owned by Dudley Peoples, beg. on branch in S. line of lot, E. with line to Jacks Creek, up creek to cor. of Mrs. Bostwick’s & Hillman’s land, W. with Mrs. Bostwick’s line to cor., direct line to beg., 30 acres, including free privilege to shoal on creek according to plat of same laid down by E.
