pages 416-417     Morgan Co., Ga.: Writ of Fieri Facias issued from Inferior Court of Morgan Co. at suit of Wiley Grizzle for use of Jesse Head against Archibald Coleman. Reueben Mann, sheriff of afsd. co., seized property of Archibald Coleman. 3 Feb. 1829, exposed to public sale in Morgan Co. & William Porter was the highest bidder, for $80, for tract in Morgan Co., Baldwin when surveyed, 101 1/4 acres where Archibald Coleman now lives, adj. Ponder, Roberts, & others. Also, 70 acres where William Henry now lives, adj. Lacy & others, in 20th Dist. on Hard Labor Creek waters. Total 170 acres, in fee simple. /s/ Reuben Mann, sheriff.
