Tarver, John Langford, Caleb Greenwood, John Dupree, & Alexander Fitzpatrick, Esquires. Application of Richard H. Randolph in right of his wife & John Rieves a minor are seized of a parcel in joint tenancy: Lots 330 & 331 in 4th Dist. of formerly Baldwin now Morgan Co., 202 1/2 acres each, total 405 acres. He prays partition of same.
A majority of you are to within 20 days, giving 8 days notice, make partition by survey & assign to Richard H. Randolph the 1/4 part of the two tracts & make return within 3 months, 13 Oct. 1828. /s/ John W. Porter, clerk.
Morgan Co., Ga.: We allotted by survey 101 1/4 acres as the distributive share of Richard H. Randolph. It is 1/2 of lot in 4th Dist., adj. land of John D. Randolph, 101 1/4 acres is W. 1/2 of Lot 330, adj. J. D. Turner on two sides, other 1/2 of Lot 330, & Lot 331 of John Rieves.
