Cook, on other two sides by the streets of town, Lots 47 & 48. Leander A. Erwin of county first afsd., attorney in fact for William A. Erwin, Isaac T. Avery & Harriet his wife, James McDowell & Margaret his wife, Adolphus L. Erwin, William A. Erwin, Sidney S. Erwin, Mary E. Erwin, Catharine R. Erwin, Elam A. Erwin, William H. Erwin as natural guardian of his minor children Elizabeth S. Erwin, Edward Jones Irwin, Alexander Hambleton Erwin, Cecelia M. Erwin, & Delia H. Erwin, heirs & distributees of the estate of Marcus D. Erwin, late of Morgan Co., Ga., decd., by them appointed to sell the interest Marcus D. Erwin had in the two lots. Sell for $500 in behalf of the heirs & in behalf of me one of the heirs of Marcus D.
