|page 68 Deed of Gift: Morgan Co., Ga.: For goodwill & affection for my son Joseph E. Morrow, I give a negro woman about 17 years old named Kissey & her son Job one year old & her increase. This gift not to come into his possession until my death & the death of his mother. If Joseph E. Morrow should die before he should have a lawful heir of his body, then negro woman & her son to become property of his brothers on the mother’s side. If my present wife should outlive me & our son Joseph E.
