pages 111-112     Morgan Co., Ga.: Before Benjamin Brown, J.P. of said co., Thomas J. Park, William Barrow, William Ware, & James F. Billingslea say on oath they will agree to abide by verdict of this committee, viz: Joseph W. Walton, David S. Clower, William S. Stokes, Benjamin Brown, & William Melson in matters relating to the estate of Elizabeth Billingslea, decd., the debts of Elizabeth Billingslea to be paid out of the property made by decd., 2 Oct. 1828. /s/ Thomas J. Park, Wm. Barrow for S. D. Barrow, William Ware, James F. Billingslea. Committee is of opinion that after all debts are paid out of crop contracted by Elizabeth Billingslea since the death of Cyrus Billingslea the residue of the crop to go to James F. Billingslea.
