page 11     Ga.: 9 Oct. 1829, Thomas J. Burney, admr. of the estate of William B. Gregory, decd., to John W. Stark, both of Morgan Co. By order of the Inferior Court of said co. sitting for Ordinary Purposes, 1st Tues. in Feb. last in Madison, exposed to public sale & Stark was the highest bidder, for $510, tract in Morgan Co., part of 2 lots, Lots 248 & 218, 15th Dist., 87 1/2 acres, is place where Gregory resided when he died & where said Stark now lives, adj. lands of Schacleford, Towson, & others, on Little River waters, in fee simple. /s/ Thomas J.
