Jones, both of afsd. co., for $2100, in the town of Madison, 294 feet & 4 inches in front & 598 feet back, adj. in front by street parallel with public square, each side by streets at right angles with street, on rear by street separating it from the Male Academy lot. It is lot where William Johnston now resides, in fee simple. Exceptions: Johnston reserves the fee simple title to the family burying ground, beg. at street or alley on N.E. side of lot & penetrating lot at right angle with alley 50 feet, parallel with alley 40 feet, parallel with 1st line 55 feet on alley, with alley to beg. Reservation is to secure to Johnston the right to enter & enclose same & right to enter the present members of his family including himself & Mrs. Elizabeth Gardner, but not to use it beyond those persons above included unless by permission from Elijah E.
