Vason gave 60 days notice for sale. 1st Tues. of April 1829, exposed to public sale & Jesse Thomas of Morgan Co. was the highest bidder, for $112. 20 Jan. 1831, sold tract in Morgan Co., 15th Dist., Lot 287, 202 1/2 acres under encumbrance of the claim of the widow’s dower or thirds, adj. lands of John G.
