Lesley, give negroes Randal, Ned, Peter, Lue, George, Bellah, Little Ned, Caroline, Harriett, Anthony, Minder, Jude, Kizziah, Jerry, Fanny, Elvey, Alfred, Mary, Isbel, Charles, Ann, Watt, Charity, Emily, Henry, Littleton, Sam, little Jude, Clarke, Clary, Moses, Hannah, Martha, Amy, Siller, Ely, Amy’s child Venice, & Louiza. Also, all the recovery or interest or negroes which I may recover in a suit at law which I have commenced & is now pending in my favor against Elizabeth Miller of Monroe Co. for recovery of 7 negroes. Also, 860 acres, part in Morgan Co. & part in Jasper Co. Also, all my stock of horses, hogs, cattle, & sheep & my set blacksmith’s tools, farming utensils, my household & kitchen furniture, wagon & ox cart, 27 Jan. 1831. /s/ William (x) Broughton.
