Also, all the recovery or interest or negroes which I may recover in a suit at law which I have commenced & is now pending in my favor against Elizabeth Miller of Monroe Co. for recovery of 7 negroes. Also, 860 acres, part in Morgan Co. & part in Jasper Co.
