McCowen’s interest in 202 1/2 acres, 4th Dist., Morgan Co., generally known as the Lester place, his 1/2 interest in a stud horse named Predelection (other owned by Majr. John G. Colbert), bay mare named Mary, gray mare called Fly, yoke of oxen, cart, 5 beds, bedsteads, & bedding, desk, bureau, safe, sideboard, clock, 2 pine chests, 2 pine tables, walnut table folding, walnut sugar stand, dozen chairs, 100 hogs, 7 cows, & 40 sheep.
