Askew & Aley Askew, admr. & admrx., gave 60 days notice of sale. 1st Tues. in Jan. 1830, exposed to public sale in said co. & Lancelott Johnston of Morgan Co. was the highest bidder, for $261. 16 July 1831, sold to Johnston, lot in Morgan Co., 202 1/2 acres, adj. lands of Johnston & lands of Jesse Roberts now Hudson T.
