Reueben Mann, sheriff of afsd. co., seized property of John Sandefur, decd. 6 Oct. 1829, exposed to public sale in Morgan Co. & Adam G. Saffold & Charter Campbell were the highest bidders, for $60, for 1/2 acre in the town of Madison, Lot 33, adj. lot of Sion Boon & the tavern & stable lots where John Dawson now lives, in fee simple. /s/ Reueben Mann, sheriff.
