Security: lot in Morgan Co. on S. side of Jacks Creek known as the Mill Tract where is a grist & saw mill & formerly owned by Dudley Peoples, beg. on branch in S. line of lot, E. with line to Jacks Creek, up creek to cor. of Mrs. Bostwick’s & Hillsman’s land, W. with Mrs. Bostwick’s line to cor., direct line to beg., 30 acres, including free privilege to the shoal on creek according to plot of land drawn by E.
