Legal notice was given in the Georgia Journal for 4 months & 60 days notice of sale was given. 1st Tues. in Oct. 1831, exposed to public sale in said co. & Stephen Durden of Morgan Co. was the highest bidder, for $321. 4 Oct. 1831, sold lot on Little River waters, Lot 49, 19th Dist., Morgan Co., 202 1/2 acres, is place where the decd. lived at the time of his death, in fee simple. /s/ W.
